Memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Gorakshya Hydro power (P)Ltd and Overseas Nepalese Investment company (ONIC)has been singed on 14 July 2017(2074/03/30)to invest equity share in Supper Aankhu Khola Hydro power Project developed by Gorakshya Hydro power (P)Ltd .ONIC incorporated under the laws of government of Nepal, Ministry of Industry and under the company Act 2006. The company is formally register on August 9 2016. The paid up capital of this company is 15 million and the objective of this company is to invest in Hydro power Project, renewable energy, invest in mutual fund and share. Mr. L.P Sanwa Limbu is the chairman of this company. He is the new member in Gorakshya Hydro Power (P) Ltd representing the ONIC.
